Christmas cards

I have been coloring images and making cards the last couple of days. Here are two with snowmen on them. The stamps are from Fun Stampers Journey in the Journey Holidays Trends mini catalog, the stamp set is Snowmen Days SS-0519, $20.95 and if you don't like fussy cutting there is a bundle with  stamps and dies, BD-0292, $34.10. The cardstock colors on the first one are Banana Cream CS-0087and Watermelon Fusion CS-0039 and Mirror Silver CS-0137. I used the Doily die DI-0105, Snow Blooms die DI-0253, Watermelon Fusion ink IP-0027 and Special Day Organza Ribbon AC-0316.
Not your traditional colors for Christmas but I love how these look.

The second card is done with the same stamp and die set Snowmen Days and the Snow Blooms dies.  The colors are Pool Play CS-0092, Whip Cream CS-0040 and Lavender Fusion CS-0028. Again not your typical Christmas colors but I love it. I also used Whip Cream ink IP-0009 for the snowflakes and sentiment and Journey White embossing powder IP-0098, Sparkle Silk IP-0126 and Special Day Organza Ribbon AC-0316.

Card class on Nov. 15

We will be having one more card class before Thanksgiving on November 15 at 10:00am at the North Mesa Senior Recreation Center. We are going to be doing a Christmas card with non-traditional colors, black and white.

This is the card we will be making. All products are from Fun Stampers Journey, the items will be linked below.

10:00 am at the NMSRC on Mesa St. behind Denny's.

Class card on Nov. 8

Hello all,
This is the card we will be making in class at the North Mesa Senior Recreation Center on Wednesday, November 8 from 10:00am til 12:00 noon. We will be using colored pencils to color the images and gold embossing powder on vellum to make the Thanksgiving card.

We will be using Fun Stampers Journey stamp set Bountiful Thanks, SS-0531 available in the Journey Holidays mini catalog.
As always bring your tools and supplies for making the card, paper trimmer, scissors, pop dots, tape runner, glue, colored pencils, etc.
