Card for class

Hi all,
This is a card we will be making in the Wed. Greeting card class at North Mesa Senior Recreation Center. I am trying to make a variety of cards for the holiday season that is upon us. We will be making Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthday, New Years and other types of cards. I am not sure of the date on this card but before Christmas.

September 2017 Bloom Box

Hi,
I thought I would post the card I made with the Sept. Bloom Box. I love this stamp set and this is not one of the cards from the kit. The cardstock I used is Summer Days card base, Dark Roast mat and Whip Cream to stamp on. The big sunflower and background are colored with Pan Pastels using Summer Days, Kiwi Slice and Raspberry from the Rich Sorbets; Pineapple Smoothie, Banana Cream and Lemongras from the Confectionary Days and Green Olive from Mother Nature. The large sunflower and sentiment are fussy cut and the sentiment is edged with Summer Days, Pan Pastel. I used the Journey Twine Natural for the bow on the sentiment.
This is one of the cards we will be making in October in class at the North Mesa Senior Center. I will post the date soon.

It's a pretty simple card but I love the way it came out.
I will post some more cards as I get them done.

Classes

Hi everyone,
I just want to let you know that I will begin teaching classes again at the North Mesa Senior Center on Wednesday, October 4th. Class will be 10:00am to 12:00 noon.
I will sell kits containing everything you need to make the card, card base, cardstock to stamp on, stamps and ink to use, embellishments and mediums to color the images. The cost for the kits will be $4, but depend on what embellishments are included.
You will need to bring adhesives, tape runner or glue, pop dots, scissors, paper trimmer, ruler, pencil, eraser and any tools you want to use.
This is the first card we will make on Oct. 4. This is an image from Fun Stampers Journey, Just Because.

We will use colored pencils on this card. I have a small set, so if you have some you prefer, please feel free to bring them to use.
